Location.
The check-in took so long. I had to wait like twenty minutes they process it. It's a 4 star hotel and does not have an iron. They had to rent it and for three pieces of clothing charged 18US$. Awful service.

Great place to stay … especially if you want to be close to the bus station.
Beautiful hotel, a big and very comfortable room, everything clean, great value for money. Great location for the bus station, 5-10 minute walk. Fabulous breakfast.
need to get an Uber into the main part of town where bars and restaurants are … but I knew that, and that’s ok.
